This is not specific to this post, but there will have to be some attention paid to using a standardized transliteration of Arabic terms like Sharia (or Shari'ah). This will work itself out if links to ijarah will automatically redirect to ijara, but could cause the articles to appear less consistent across the entire wiki.

I do agree, Blake. Anybody here who develop initial guidelines, to use:

1. the original Arabic term 2. the academic transliteration if possible 3. the most common transcriptions used (can be checked with search engines and number of hits)

I added some more sources to the entry. Anybody willing to review the sources and update the entry, specifically about Sharia Governance and fit and proper criteria?
